"Coaching involves trying to build a value system that your players can carry with them for life"

"As a coach, you are often one of the most influential people in a young persons life, working hard as a teacher, councelor & friend. When a young player looks back on these best years of his life,
he will always remember
his childhood coach.
Give him fond memories.
Lead by example".

Dwight Rosi, DRHC

"My job is to get people to do
the things they don't want to do
so they can achieve
what they want to achieve."

Tom Landry, Dallas Cowboys coach

"The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary"
